"Salesman was a joy to work with! Installers were exceptional! Highly recommend!"

"Could only provide product and service together, and we wanted the option to purchase separately."

"Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."

"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

"I am so glad I found Kathy and her crew, they did an excellent job replacing all of my upstairs carpet and the carpet on my stairs. I've been living with the new carpet for a few months now and I'm still completely satisfied. I really relied on Kathy's guidance since this was my first experience getting carpet installed, and I really enjoyed the experience."

"Everything went well. Thank goodness we didn't see any rainfall!"
