The first time with my refrigerator was to diagnose the problem w/my fridge,..the next time was to completely replace all parts to make it like brand new. "Went well and spigot is still working great approx a year later. I've hired him to snake drains at my rental properties. I'm reschedule to have him install hardware for my claw foot tub. I had to cancel prior appointment due to my busy schedule. But I will write another review when job is completed I don't remember cost of spigot but it was an Angie's Deal. His rates are in line with other plumbers; not the lowest but not the highest. Approx $85/ hr plus parts."

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."
