"I called Appliance Pro LLC late in the evening on a Thursday night with the intention of leaving a voicemail. Much to my surprise, the owner of the company (Jim) answered. He must work all the time! I was looking for a second opinion on whether or not to repair my 10 year old Whirlpool Cabrio washer. Here is why I am rating Appliance Pro LLC so high... from the information I provided over the phone, he could’ve set up an appointment and charged me a service call charge - which I was prepared to pay. But he didn’t. He even went as far as to confirm the diagnosis from the other service company and m ake a recommendation for a replacement machine. Jim is an honest man and I will definitely use his company in the future if I have appliance issues."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Called the office to get an appointment and received one for the next morning. The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Received a text with the appointment confirmation and picture of the technician. Jeremiah (the technician) was on time (actually called to see if he could arrive early) and was extremely knowledgeable about all forms of repair. Had the part available and fixed the issue (Samsung oven not heating after self cleaning) quickly. Very happy with the service. The part price mark up was a bit high, but not unreasonably so.
