"The owner responded immediately on. Sunday and gave me his cell phone number. I called and he helped troubleshoot the issue, which was successful. We still scheduled a visit to have one of his employees do some maintenance on our wiring and to take a look at our dryer which kept tripping the breaker. He provided a temporary fix for the latter and then the owner referred us to an appliance repair guy who ordered the replacement part and then installed it for the permanent fix. Bottom line: Bill Hyman is a true professional (and problem solver), making sure we got what we needed!"

"It was very easy to work with Joe to finalize a quote and get the job scheduled. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. "On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage.
