"I had a great experience with the technician who repaired my dryer. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. "Marty, the technician, pulled out our oven and stovetop so a technician from another company could do some work behind the oven and stovetop. Marty returned two days later and put our oven and stovetop back to its original position. Marty did an excellent job on both days. He worked quickly and arrived on time each day. "Paul and Cole checked out my 15-year-old appliances. Paul is a fount of knowledge! They diagnosed thoroughly and fixed some things, then reassured me that my stuff was still in quite good shape, even though beyond the usual life expectancy.
