"I was impressed with the quick communication and ability to solve my problem right away. I would definitely use Sanchez Appliance Repair again"

"Based upon a misdiagnosis from another company, having my refrigerator 'down' for about a month was a big inconvenience! Having talked to Mr. Appliance of Howard County's customer service, shortly thereafter, the owner of the company gave me a call personally to tell me why he felt likely I had been given a misdiagnosis to correct my problem. He gave me four other possible reasons to correct my issue and felt a service call to re-diagnose was what really was needed. The technician that was sent out gave a correct diagnosis, and shortly thereafter when the part was received another appointment was made to install the correct part. The $$ they saved me and a quick turn-around due to one of the much lessor costly parts/labor was much appreciated! I'll be quick to call them again in the future for any kind of appliance repair that might be needed,"

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Great. American Home Services came with excellent references. They provided a reasonable quote promptly and were able to quickly come help us with our problem. They performed the service as described on time and for the quoted price. Their crew was very professional and the owner was on the job. They gave us a lot of confidence that the job was being done correctly the first time. It is the only time that I have been given a material safety data sheet for work being done at my home. I highly recommend this company as they fixed our problem the first time."

"Prompt, professional, fair pricing. Have used them twice, once for washer and once for dryer. When they could not repair my dryer they refunded me a portion of the repair cost which was unexpected and appreciated!"

"Very well! The dryer required a new belt."
