It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. "The process went very smoothly. And on time. Unfortunately, of the 4 windows we had installed, two have developed structural problems..one window had the entire sash fall out during cleaning. Today, another window refuses to stay up after a cleaning. These windows are Vinylmax brand. They have a lifetime warranty. Good thing since they seem to be made poorly."
