"The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"JAM more than met our expectations! We had heard all of the horror stories with kitchen remodels from friends and neighbors, so we were ready for a bumpy ride. However, from the very first phone call with Rick Sr. our experience was TOP KNOTCH! Speaking of which, he actually took our first call when he was on vacation! That truly shows his dedication! After the first official meet and greet, JAM told us how the entire process would work-1) kitchen cabinet/countertop tear-out 2)replace cabinets and countertops 3) touch up painting 4) enjoy our new kitchen. They gave us timelines for each phase and always had the job done on time; if not early. The one thing that I want to emphasize is how thoughtful and compassionate Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were through the entire process. They completely ripped out our kitchen over the Christmas holidays, but they were extremely conscientious to our needs and left us with a **functional kitchen** so we could still cook and enjoy our time with family. "HONEST, DEPENDABLE, CREATIVE, EFFICIENT, AND REASONABLE PRICES. This is obviously a family-owned business that takes pride in iits craft and reputation. I have used this company for several different projects over the last 2 yrars, ranging from $1500-$10,000. Maybe not the cheapest, but they had to replace and repair what lower cost contractors had done to my house. BEAUTIFUL DESIGN. Used the available space without overly narrowing hallway. Javier even went over which sorts of items, files, boxes, etc. That I wanted to store, and made sure to proportion spaces accordingly. Incredibly durable painted / colored surfaces, even with my kids banging step stools into them. HUNDREDS of colors to choose from. Patient, careful design and installation, and any small issues (which were mostly due to the poor original construction of the old kitchen cabinets that they had to work around or repair) were corrected quickly. Javier make his gorgeous design form match the function that you need, and doesn't try to upsell just to make money. I have SO MANY new projects I want him to do, including my mom's new tiny house. I WON'T LET ANYONE ELSE TOUCH MY CABINETRY. Photos DO NOT do it justice."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Reade and RCF did a nice job. Their price was fair. Does not appear to be anything that he could not do. Very honest. They did much of the work when I was not home. While I was initially uncomfortable with having a team of strangers in my house when I was not there, they proved they are absolutely trustworthy and I would not hesitate to hire them again. PS - A crack developed in the new ceiling shortly after it was completed. Reade came back out, pronto, and took care of the repair."
