"It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair."

"I contacted Schuyler because he had successfully repaired the oven in my gas range two years ago after another company botched the repair and overcharged me. This time I contacted him because my dishwasher was leaking and one of the burners on my gas range had ceased to ignite, despite repeated cleanings. He warned me that it could take up to two weeks to receive a part from Bosch, the dishwasher manufacturer, and indeed it did.
