"Home Genius is a honest company, We signed contract for seamless gutters, the sales person spent almost 5 hours explaining everything to us as we were first time homebuyers, We Were set to do the Install in March, We had waived inspection and found lots of problem with the house and we decided to put the house back on the market. We called Emily Deily and explained to her and she had the owner Mr Austin call us and was genuinely sad for us and agreed to refund the initial deposit we had made in January 2022, I find Mr Austin and his team at home Genius to be understanding and compassionate, who went above and beyond to help us, I will call them for any new projects and highly recommend them to my friends."

"Brian came out and inspected my gutters and recommended replacement. He explained everything he would do, took measurements and took pictures. I received 2 estimates: 1 to replace the gutters & install gutter guards & 1 to just replace the gutters. Both were very fair estimates. I decided to get the new gutters & guards. His team of installers, Rob, Ryan & Martin did a great job of installing the new gutters & guards. They were very polite and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend them. Will have to see how everything goes with the next big rain storm. And they are a local business."

"Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. Would work with them again on other home exterior projects in the future!"

"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

He cleaned up very well.  We just didn't feel like this was a good cost for what we received."
