The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. Many of the other reviews mention no shows and lack of communication which was not my experience with them. I chatted with them through Angie's list for all communication each time I have used them (4 times total) and everything went smoothly.
