"Brice came out to the house to look at my yard and get a general idea of what I wanted. In a few days he gave me a plan for my patio . He brought out several samples of the pavers and several designs that I could use. I wound up with a patio that I love.  I also added the sealer and the special concrete which I feel adds to the rich color of the paver and the special concrete  will keep them weed free for years to come. <br /> Brice and his dad work together and they couldn't be more professional and sincerely concerned about giving the customer the best <br /> results. <br />"

"This review is a bit complicated.   <br /> The bad - the subcontractor that was used had a lot of issues with not showing up or showing up late <br />                   initially the subcontractor was supposed to put in a brick curb in place of the wood one that we had, and complete <br />                         installation of the concrete board on the walls to ensure they were waterproof, none of this work was done correctly <br />                   the overall time frame for the job kept extending due to the issues with the subcontractor <br /> The good -  Matt (the owner) was quick to respond when we had issues and made sure problems were corrected <br />                      Matt paid to upgrade the kind of grout we used to make sure the shower was waterproof without having to rip out all <br />  of he work that had already been done <br />                      The bonus for upgrading the grout is that it also sealed the grout and the stone, eliminating the need for further <br />                          maintenance <br />                The actual tile work done was very good.  The subcontractor was very detailed and did a great job. <br />                      Matt's assistant came in at the end to make sure all of the issues had been corrected and that we were happy. <br />                      The final result is beautiful  <br /> In the end I would have to say that although this was not the greatest experience, we are happy with the final result.  My best feedback is that if the same subcontractor is used again, Matt needs to provide a lot more oversight. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Andrew is very responsive and knowledgeable about plants. He helped us pick out the best plants for each spot in front of the house. We told him we wanted low maintenance plants with low watering needs, and that's what he suggested. He also has a talent for designing beds with great color combinations, varying plants heights and blooming seasons, etc. He researched zoysia grasses for us and came up with the best variety for our area. There were some minor delays during the process, but it was due to the sod or plants not being ready. He won't plant anything that isn't healthy. He also promised to check back with us to see that everything was growing properly. He gave us information about how to care for the sod and all the plants. He gave us a discount for having all the work done at the same time, instead of in two phases, which is how we requested the estimate."
