"Ryan came out, after I spoke with Chuck on the phone. I had been very disappointed with two other companies who try to upcharge me for the work. Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. Neither of them tried to convince me that I needed to pay thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. The surge protector was installed correctly by Ryan (it had not been installed correctly before). It looks and works great. Ryan took down the pendant light and installed a new light, which is beautiful and he installed it correctly! What a great experience with Pharris Electric. "The plumber was extremely politeand tried everything to not have to cut into the wall but had to anyway. Unfortunate for me they don't do drywall repair. Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.
