"Our experience was fantastic! We just moved up from ATL and this guy did a fantastic job. He worked around our inflexible super, and set up the ac units in our new place perfectly. We paid him more than he asked because he went so above and beyond what I d ever expect. A genuinely good guy who really cares about the quality of his work. He caulked around our unit to prevent air leaks and showed up the following day after our super didn t remove the safety bars on the day we originally scheduled the installation. I d hire him for anything I needed done to the apartment."

"Came after 4pm, which was within time frame wanted, since heat wave in effect. Worked fast, machine up and running in about 15 minutes. They took my old machine away also. After they left noticed 2 small screws omitted from sides up front. Couldn't put them in myself, but left it alone since it didn't affect anything. Used silicone sealant around machine as final seal. Wish they gave more info on caring for machine down the road, otherwise service was good, and kept work area clean. Although expensive, will use them again if needed.. Purchased new machine with delivery and install."
