"West Lake Construction removed existing roofing shingles on my large house ( 63 squares!) and installed architectural composition shingles. They had to replace ten sheets of new CDX plywood. The boss was Tyler Weston, who knows his roofing. He was always nice to work with. His crew was hard-working and knowledgeable. He kept on budget. They cleaned up really well. I highly recommend this company."

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."

I found a recommendation for Mike at MG Exteriors on Happy Valley Chit Chat and gave them a call. He came out quickly for my quote (not a salesperson but the owner) and quoted us on the spot. He also looked at my existing deck & recommended we protect that one pre-construction of the new one (it was only 2 yrs old but already looked sad. We received a fair quote (less than the 'fired' company) and they were able to start us quicker due to a cancellation. Construction was in time, they were punctual, clean and ALWAYS available for questions. Highly recommend!!"
