"I’m very pleased with my experience! The package unit I had needed replacement and what I had in mind was to move the new unit to a different location which I guessed would be more complicated. With my other quotes I had the sense they weren’t happy about taking that on but these folks basically said yeah, it will be, but this will be a challenge to look forward to. I like that.
