"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. "I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task. "My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. "I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
