"Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection.  After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day.   <br> <br>Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs.  No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. <br> <br>Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. <br> <br>Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better.  I would definitely recommend their service."

After arriving he quickly determined that the area in question was once infested with black mold but had since dried and was not spreading. He also informed us how we should remove the residue as well as quickly and easily repair the area as to avoid unnecessarily paying someone to do it.
