"Due to a quirk in my home when it was built, I couldn't get a standard 50 gallon hot water tank installed. Bill at Providence showed me a way to get a replacement tank of 40 gallon and with the use of a tempering valve still receive hot water equal to what one would expect from a 50 gallon unit. And he was able to remove old unit and replace new one in an afternoon. Third time I have used this company and very satisfied each time."
