Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "We ordered the handyman deal on Angie's list.  The wooden railing in the basement, which was our major project, turned out great.  Two men came, measured, went to Home Depot to buy wood, and built up the railings (one side came up from the floor).  They fixed the other things on our list and were very friendly and easy to work with.  We will call Top Notch again when we have other house projects.
