"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Very professionally completed my walk-in shower with safety bars, pull down seat, etc. Friendly, great on cleanup, and determined to satisfy customer."

"Damian was very professional, came on time and finished the water heater installation in timely manner, I will definitely use his services again."

"I will recommend to my family and friends. They replaced my broken tub and shower surround with beautiful tile and a new tub. All in one day! Everyone I spoke to at the office and the install team were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great quality and workmanship. Very happy with the finished product."

"very good work. Minor mistake with gutter install (seam was not sealed correctly) but returned promptly to correct. Excellent price to value."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"Aron did a excellent job repairing my hot water tank. He replaced the control valve and it still did not worked. He took it all apart right to the pilot light and found the orface was blocked. He is very professional and a good personalty. He was a pleasure to have at my home and he is an asset to your company."

"Very well. They were on time both times, first when taking the initial measurements and later for the installation. They made helpful recommendations, particularly regarding back splashes and the sink, that made the end product better than expected."

"Alan and his team did a great job fixing our bathroom. We moved into a flipped house, and found that the shower leaked into the basement. High Tech Tile were the only one of five vendors who we contacted for quotes who did everything right during the process (including one vendor who did not want to work with us because we dared to get quotes from others). The job extended beyond fixing the shower since the people who flipped the house did not know what they were doing - the walls needed insulation, the tiles on the floor were not lined up with the wall and needed to be replaced, and some of the walls in the shower needed to be rebuilt as the wood had rotted. Alan was respectful, knowledgable, trustworthy, and did a great job; this also extends to his team. He also worked with us to choose tiles for the shower and floor. Alan and his team fixed our bathroom, and we are happy with the results as well as the peace of mind that it is no longer leaking."

"It went WELL! These guys are huge helps! They arrive faster than promised, they charge what they promise. There are no surprise charges like with a dumpster! I am now using a BullBag in CT and one in RI. I, alone, can keep this company busy!!!! They are awesome to work with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! One of their managers, Vicki, was so nice, pleasant and patient with me. I was frazzled with all of the damage my property received from the hurricane. She was great!"
