"Jaime Flores at king waterproofing was great. I had water getting into my foundation walls causing moisture and a bad smell in my basement and crawl space. He came over for the initial quote and pretty much explained to me that the basement and Caldwell space needed to be waterproofed and the method he recommended was the same all the other companies recommended just with a slightly better price. They came out and did the work when they said they were going to come, finished, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I am totally happy with the work."

"Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

"I paid them around $2200 for their service. They provided an innovative waterproofing technique for waterproofing my basement. They removed the lower portion of drywall and installed a gutter system just inside the base wall of the house. They also replaced the drywall for an extra fee. They didn't address the cause of the leak, instead they just cured it. The work went on smoothly. They showed up on time and did the work quicker than they had advertised. I will use them again in the future."

"EveryDry did excellent work for our home. Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff. I recommend EverDry to any friends and colleagues who are in need of professional waterproofing services."
