"We engaged their services for a Swimming Pool & Spa Remodeling project, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Major Issues: Poor Workmanship: The stack stones installed as part of the remodeling project exhibit significant issues. We detected a leak soon after the work was supposed to be completed, which falls under the warranty coverage. Lack of Communication: Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, Wilkerson Soares Mendes, regarding these issues, we received no responses. A representative came by to attempt repairs but left without completing them, making the situation even worse. False Promises and Delays: The vendor has repeatedly promised to return and fix the issues but has shown no urgency in doing so. It has been days of waiting with no action, leading to a loss of use of our pool, especially detrimental during the summer holiday season. Additional Inconveniences and Expenses: Falcon Pools left our pool non-operational for a week when they started the work, causing significant inconvenience. We incurred additional expenses by having pool cleaners come by three times and dealing with the pool developing algae due to lack of operation. Overall Experience: This entire ordeal has been highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend Falcon Pools and Remodeling LLC to anyone. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to complete the work as promised has caused us a great deal of stress and financial burden. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable contractor who stands by their work and communicates effectively."
