The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. Its as if he was fixing his own porch. I cant wait to work with him again! So very very pleased!"

"Elegance Outdoor finished our entire project in just over one week. I am extremely hard to please, as my wife says,  but on this particular project Brandon with Elegance Outdoor met our expectation beyond our imagination. I can not explain the craftsmanship in his work. Every saw cut he made was precise. Brandon was very professional when speaking with us and when he got to an area that could have possibly been built two different ways he would build it both ways and then have us make our decision on which way we would like it. Would we hire Elegance Outdoor for another project? We absolutely would. Without hesitation. Brandon took the time he needed to make sure it was correct the first time. We love the seat wall Brandon built for us. Aspen and Makiah both, told us to tell you they were sorry for stealing your coffee cup and shredding it around the back yard. "This project worked out great!  I needed a custom made door for my bungalow, and nothing suitable was available at the big box stores through the larger manufacturers, which is strange since all the buying power should make a custom door easy to purchase. This was end of April.
 I started looking online for companies that would be able to produce a door in the size I needed and found a couple of Provia dealers, one of which was quite close to me geographically. I got a return call the same day (I think, or 24 hours later) and the dealer came out with samples and catalogs shortly thereafter. We decided on a design, color, hardware, hinge and other items.  This was first week in May; by 9 May the door had been ordered; I'd received an additional estimate on sidelights shortly thereafter, and by the last week in May, everything had been produced and shipped to Indy. The installation had to wait due to some stormy weather that week, but the work was completed yesterday - 4 June - and looks very good.
The dealer did not ask me to put any money up front, which I thought was a real show of faith, and he also knocked off about $50 on the cost of the door. To me this shows flexibility in pricing and that they wanted my business.
My impressions: Complete Window and Door treated me as a valued customer, which has not been my experience with other contractors and big box stores. They stayed in regular contact re the status of the project and got it done quickly and clean. I would definitely recommend this company to those looking for reasonably priced, custom made windows and doors. I intend to use them again as soon as I can do so.

Very well done, no problems from start to finish.  The building parts arrived via courier and the provider was there to receive the shipment and verify all the parts were there.  The delivery was complicated by the courier service, which refused to deliver to the back of the house, so the provider shuttled the parts from the street to the destination.

The construction of the shed proceeded  without any difficulty, and Steve the carpenter was delightful to work with, always a pleasure to have around.

"We contracted with Bee Window to install 19 second floor windows in our 100 year-old brick house. They also removed the front entryway that consisted of the original front door and two sidelights and replaced them with an energy efficient single integrated unit with much nicer looking glass than the originals had. They also reinstalled our wired doorbell into the new door unit. The process started about a week after we signed the contract when a measurement technician arrived to take measurements. Several weeks later we received stain color samples and signed-off on them. The office staff was very accommodating in delaying the install date several times when I felt it was too cold to remove our front entryway and replace it. The install of all 19 windows and the front entryway exceeded my expectations and was completed carefully and quickly in a single day. The install crew was friendly and knowledgeable and worked together as a team. One of the trailers that they brought on-site was a mobile metal fabricating shop that allowed them to cut and bend the metal exterior pieces to fit each window as needed. They installed new insulation around the windows and door unit and caulked all exterior and interior joints. At the conclusion of the install they cleaned up around the house and took away all the old windows and door pieces. Over the 40 years that we have lived in our 100 year-old home, we have worked with many, many tradesmen, everyone from larger outfits like Bee Window to smaller one-man operations. I’ve learned that there is almost always a successful outcome when there is a partnership between the homeowner and the tradesmen. I’ve learned to hire people with the experience and expertise for the job we needed done and then work with them to make it happen. I’ve found that when you hire carefully, communicate clearly, and treat tradesmen with respect you will get a superior result. Bee Window was not the most inexpensive choice, but they were the right choice for this project."
