The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. "Elegance Outdoor finished our entire project in just over one week. I am extremely hard to please, as my wife says,  but on this particular project Brandon with Elegance Outdoor met our expectation beyond our imagination. I can not explain the craftsmanship in his work. Every saw cut he made was precise. Brandon was very professional when speaking with us and when he got to an area that could have possibly been built two different ways he would build it both ways and then have us make our decision on which way we would like it. Would we hire Elegance Outdoor for another project? "We recently moved in to a 20 year old house.  All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt.  Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions.  While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty.  The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door. 
The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great.  We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything.
There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right.  I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one.
We will definitely use them again in the future.  They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with.

"Over a period of a couple of days the Earthwood Arts crew did spring cleanup on the yard, mulched, trimmed lawn edges.  It looks fantastic, and my neighbors continue to make favorable comments.
This is the 4th year that we have worked with Earthwood Arts, and each year they build on what they've done the year before.  They take a definite pride in their work, which is consistently excellent.  And their cleanup is impeccable.
The crew is always friendly and professional, and they all listen intently to comments and questions.  It is a pleasure to work with them.

"The installers called me to set up an installation time and called again when they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, they hit the ground running. The installation took two days in the middle of winter and the house stayed much warmer than we expected. Old windows were removed and new ones installed very quickly. The trim work exceeded our expectations. One window pane was broken on delivery so the window was installed and a new sash was ordered immediately. Bee returned as soon as it came in to swap out the sash. James and Brad installed both the windows and an entry door and did an excellent job. We had previously used Bee window for a sliding glass door. The door is 10 years old and still looks new - and doesn't leak. We would definitely use Bee again.
