"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Billy remodel my whole kitchen.! I Absolutely Love It. He came up with the design and layout for my cabinets. Billy did the demo and install of my cabinets. He also installed crown molding around my cabinets and wall of my kitchen he trimmed out my exterior door and window above my sink painted my kitchen and installed my flooring. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."

We are completely satisfied with A+ Professional Painting, their work, their crew and the difference it has made in our home.  The crew was punctual and did the work as described on their estimate: (1) they caulked, spackled & sanded EXTENSIVELY, (2) the precision of their lines was RIDICULOUS and (3) at the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves.  I would describe our job as particularly difficult given the over-sized rooms, the 25+ foot ceilings in the foyer and living room and the picture frame moulding used extensively in the foyer.  A+ Professional Painting exceeded our expectations and our home looks AMAZING!  These guys are the BMW's of interior painting.  We will use them again and we will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

"Rajaay is an extremely nice person I called him before our closing, he came to the property the following day, advise us that their was mold in the basement. I was worried and concern and thought this might have pulled me back from purchasing the home but Rajaay put us at ease and said its not major and he can take care of it. I needed an estimate ASAP for the closing to be finalized, he provided us everything in days. After closing he came in and did all the work in the basement with his guys in approximately 2 days.
