He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people. <br />"

Mr. Douglas is very particular that any job he is doing or overseeing is done to his standards (and he is a perfectionist). "I chose this company based on their presence on Angie's list.  They were prompt in answering the service call and coming to my house to provide an estimate for needed work.  We experienced a leak in mour airconditioning unit, which is located in the attic.  A leak developed and a substantial amount of water had begun overflowing into the ceiling and a wall.  The ceiling drywall began to swell and discolor, but finally gave in given - ultimately falling to the floor of the bedroom directly beneath the air conditioning unit.  Holland Homes determined the unit had been poorly placed and that the flex duct also had not been properly attached.  They served as a dual provider in that they were able to repair the issue with the air conditioning unit, as well as repair the sheetrock damage in serveral different places.   <br /> My only issue was that I incurred unexpected charges because their office was in Alabama and I live in Midland Georgia.  The transaction was based a "cost plus" arrangement and there was no mention of the additional fee.  With this said, I would recommend Holland Homes LLC modify their business practice such that they either <br />   1.  increase the percentage associated with "cost plus" arrangement, and/or  <br />   2.  assess a one time fee for the excessive mileage <br /> Again, my experience was exceptional overall. <br />"

"J R arrived promptly 2/22 and we worked out itemized work order.  He and his crew arrived on schedule next day and went right to work in a knowledgeable manner.  Likewise following 2 days.  I mentioned that I'd also like him to erect purple martin housing unit and he promptly said he'd add it at no additional charge.  When all work was very professionally completed I walked around area with J R and made few final clean-up suggestions and he took care of them immediately.  J R is a very pleasant and accomodating person.  I could not have asked for a better experience.  (Delayed submission of this report is due to my own health problems and is no reflection in any way on J R's excellent service!)"

"Josh is great, very responsive, made me feel like they cared.  I think the job I gave them was a little too large.  About 120 sheets of sheet rock, just about the whole new house and I think this is not their speciality to do a whole house.  I feel they are much more suited to repairs, additions and this type of work where the job is over in a week, not 6.  So in general of all the florida contractors I hired, I would say Josh and his team are near the top and I would recommend them to anyone for a small to medium job."

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
