I am guessing that is because time changed that day and his time was on the old clock. He was not able to get my new kitchen faucet to work and took it apart to inspect. He thought it was faulty and advised me to buy another. I attempted to install the same faucet the next day and it worked fine this time. There was a few other things that we couldn't get to because we ran out of time. Aside from the kitchen faucet, everything went well. Very nice guy and easy to work with."

"They were okay. For what I paid, it was not bad. But I wouldn't hire them again. It was quite a while after the deal was purchased before they came out. They were very nice about it because it was getting close to expiring, but it hadn't expired. I remember that I left them voice mail and called them. I did have a little bit of a trouble getting hold of them and I thought, "It's going to expire and I can't get hold of them." But I got hold of them just before it expired. They were like, "No, no. It's fine. Let's schedule it and we'll honor the price because we scheduled it." The guy was very polite. He did a pretty good job. He was a nice guy and personable. The price was very reasonable."
