This technician told me there was "no hope", and that the only solution was to purchase a new waser. Given the age and quality of the washer, I just didn't buy that. I was right. "We had a broken/leaking washing machine hose the day after Thanksgiving. We were desperate for someone to come resolve the issue before the weekend. Dane was able to come a few hours after contacting him. He was not only friendly and provided helpful advice, he also performed a full diagnostic review of our older washing machine . He unfortunately had to run to Loweâ  s on a rainy Friday night (the day after Thanksgiving) to get replacement hoses for the washer, but he kindly did this and quickly returned to replace & repair the defective hose and stop the water leaking from our washer. We were very happy to get this issue fixed! Dan was very professional and we are already looking to hire him for future projects. Highly recommend!"

Scheduling within the dates of coupon was difficult (they changed phone # and initially the new # was not part of message) so honored the coupon after the date. I didn't need general cleaning, but some specific items and they were quite flexible in addressing my specific needs. 2 people came for  2 1 hour sessions. They were prompt and worked hard the time they were there. They were courteous and professional in their interactions. The areas were cleaned well. I would use them again.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
