"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. They added additional sprinklers, changed out 3 valves and reset our timer, so that it actually comes on when it is supposed to, which also required a small amount of rewiring. "EDDIE,Came on time, TEXTED ME THAT HE WILL BE AT MY HOME AT 7:00am tomorrow,Told him the problem three sprinklers valves not being used off since 8 years ago! But one was leaking?? I want them all out caped and removed ,Eddie did that Gone !! Found out my system was hooked up on the line before the house shut of so I would have to shut off at the meter at the Street !! If there ever was a leak told me the shut off valve after the meter nice to know!!! Track homes !! And then looked at the 3 valves that were active but only used one , Had water wise landscaping no lawn !! Just DG Sand and Rock design one sago palm but old valve was starting to leak Had Eddie remove 3 old valves and He installed 1 new valve/With filter. Cleaned both sites up like nothing was ever DONE !! A PRO JOB FOR SURE!! AND 5 year warranty if anything goes wrong with what they did !! "I have approximately 900 square feet of grass in my back yard that had deteriorated steadily over the last ten years despite quite a bit of attention from me and my lawn care providers.  Tom and a team of five tore out the existing grass, tilled the remaining soil, replaced several broken sprinklers, deposited a lot of new soil, and laid down new sod.

The whole process took about a day and a half.

During the sod installation, a wire in my landscpare lighting was accidentally cut.  Tom came back and fixed the problem a few days later."

"Tom was on time for the estimate and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. His workers were here when they were supposed to be and did a very good job, especially considering digging in our clay soil is like digging in concrete. Tom himself came back a couple of times to make sure all was well and make adjustments to the new sprinkler system. Recently one of the new sprinkler timers went bad and Tom came to our house and took care of the problem. Overall, the work and professionalism displayed by Tom and his crew could not have been better. We were extremely pleased."
