"We are extremely happy with the way this turned out. Oven looks fantastic, techs were knowledgeable, professional, on time, and friendly."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Although I did not use the service, I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.  They were on time, very nice and everything went smoothly.  He looked at my dishwasher and determined that the work and parts would cost about the same as a new dishwasher.  He advised that I invest in a new one instead of wasting my money on this one.  I was thrilled with the service as he was very honest and they were great!"

"Dinh was very kind and very thorough in repairing my dryer. He was available the very next day and had my dryer up and running in less than a half-hour. It was a much better experience then using the usual appliance repair people so you find online and in the Yellow Pages I will probably always use HomeAdvisor now when I have an issue with something that needs attention. The service call was very reasonable and the repairs were less then I was quoted through Sears and places like that. Thank you very much Dinh ! I appreciate your great service !"

"He told us gave us the price for a service call and said it would be waved if any work had to be done he gave us a labor price plus price of parts. He estimated about $180 as typical cost. He identified the problem very quickly and made the repair the price of the part was more than usual but he honored his quote."

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.
Larry's the best.

"On time showing up and fixing the microwave right a way with no further issues after many months"

"Scott Berryhill did an outstanding job detecting and repairing the perplexing and sudden power outage to three rooms of our home. He provided same-day service, and within a few hours of my phone call, detected and fixed the problem. We really appreciated his professionalism and expert knowledge, and highly recommend his services. If another problem ever arises, we'll definitely call him again."
