Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

He was the most confident in the work and I felt was reasonable with his price expectations and of a customer. I actually think he did not charge enough! They also did more than was quoted just because they went it was the right thing to do while there.
