"They contacted me quickly, showed up on time and completed the oven repair quickly and at a reasonable rate. Thanks!"

"They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey"

"I called on a Monday to request a service visit for (1) of our (2) refrigerators. I was quickly provided a Wednesday appointment. I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available. I'm certain this saved me yet another repair and I was very happy Curtis was willing to do that ad hoc inspection for me. Overall I am very please and would very much recommend M&M Appliance. I will not hesitate to call Curtis again if I need him. He was courteous, helpful, honest and performed the work in a timely and quality manner."

"We had our dishwasher repair done the next day, even though a part was required. I was amazed at how well the repair went. I hope no other appliances fail, but I will call this company if they do. It's comforting knowing they are there."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"They diagnosed the issue but the repair costs were worth a new stove"

"I called 10 service venues and all would not even talk to me about the repair I needed done to this dryer. FINALLY, I met the right technician who was an excellent communicator, arrived promptly and handled the repair efficiently and with excellent results. I highly recommend!"

"We and our local family members have used Mr. V for a variety of service calls over the past couple years. Boris has done an excellent job during each service call - today was to install anew microwave oven. Appointments have been scheduled quickly and Boris has always been prompt and efficient - he takes the time to make sure the project is completed correctly and safely, including testing and clean-up. Highly recommend!"
