Chuck came out several times throughout the job to inspect, and even had them rip a few things back off and redo them. He also brought in a window wrap guy to help with that part since the main carpenter was a little inexperienced with it. They did a great job cleaning up around my house after as well."

"After having our basement walls reinforced with unsightly steel beams, we were faced with remodeling our downstairs family room, bathroom, and spare bedroom. We wanted to find an experienced local contractor who could not only complete all phases of the work, but explain options on the best way to do the job without breaking the bank. First we had to remove a drop ceiling, as well as, sheet rock and old paneling on the walls. We decided to go with with sheet rock on our ceiling instead of replacing the old drop ceiling. The new LED canned lights he installed look great and provide great lighting that can be dimmed or made brighter. We put up sheet rock walls replacing outdated paneling. The finished project, ceiling, walls, and trim look great! AP Remodeling, LLC was prompt and professional in everything they did. Best of all they completed the job within our budget which was less than other contractors quoted. I had seen other projects he completed for friends including deck work. "Ryan came in, listened to what we wanted and wasted no time getting started once we said ok.. ONLY money requested up front was the cost of materials. Which was understandable as we did a FULL Onyx shower. The guys (Brian and Teddy) were super professional and Knowledgeable. Brian even gave additional recommendations on how to make it better...Ryan (owner) was here SEVERAL times throughout the remodel. The guys kept us up to date every step of the way. When project was complete they cleaned to ready to use condition..I have a hot tub room attached to the bathroom that got super dirty from the construction. They washed down all walls and left it like it was before they started.."

"Keaton and his team from College Works Painting did a great job. He accommodated us when the window install contractor was unable to complete on time, and scheduled the adjusted dates seamlessly. Kudos to Keaton and his team for powering through extreme weather, when the heat index was above 108 degrees for several days. The job was completed efficiently and the house looks totally different…an awesome facelift! Keaton’s communication skills are exceptional. He kept us informed along every step of the process, in person, by phone, and text. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their house painted."

"Pros:  <br /> Found rotten subfloor in Bath 1 and took tub and built-ins out in order to replace <br /> Installed drywall behind tile in Bath 1 - the surround had been attached to studs <br /> Found some termite damage on one floor joist and reinforced it <br /> Itemized estimates and invoices <br /> Easy to get ahold of <br /> Cons: <br /> Did not successfully repair the LR window (it leaked the very first time it rained) and I had to argue with him to get back only $200 of the $600 charged for the LR work so I could replace the window. <br /> Drywall beneath LR window was poorly done <br /> Took much longer than estimated - many days not on site or only one person working <br /> Additional work to replace Bath 1 subfloor much more expensive than anticipated <br /> Didn't tighten the new Bath 1 bathtub drain enough and it leaked in the basement <br /> <br />"
