"Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater.
