"Just spent two days with John C. and Cody G from Renewal by Anderson as they replaced 12 windows and a set of French Doors in our home. Besides being incredibly delightful, they did an outstanding job. They took great care to keep our house and workplace clean, they were very careful with everything and kept us up to date on the few challenges and replacements that were needed. Lavonne was very helpful at the end and our “fixes” will happen shortly. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson, and hope that get Jon C. and Cody G. as your installers---great guys!"

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"We enjoy our new windows so far. There was an issue when they were installed, where one window didn’t operate. I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught by them during the install. I called them to have it fixed, which it was but only after 2 months. Installers and salesperson was nice to deal with though."

"A million thanks to America Glass , Marco , his father and Todd . Being recently widowed I was navigating a situation ( a leaking window ) that would have been something my late husband would have dealt with . I was treated honestly and respectfully by everyone I had contact with , not to forget being made to feel at ease with their polite and friendly manner.. The work was completed in a competent and timely manner . They left my home tidy and clean . I will certainly use this company again if I require similar work and would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you all again ."

"Crisanto, Joel and Brennen installed our windows from Lake Washington this week. The team was friendly, respectful of our home and did an amazing job. The windows are beautiful and match the vintage of our historic home, and the team installed them expertly. If you are thinking of purchasing windows from Lake Washington, look no further. You will be so happy!"

"I have hired them many times for for all kinds of projects and they always exceed my expectations. This last time I was working on fixing my Mothers place up for sale and I had a list of everything from painting to repairs and they aced them all. Also great guys to work with!"

"They explained the work very clearly when giving their bid (this work was part of a bid for other window work)  and completed the work quickly once we called them back. They specialize in maintaining and restoring wood window frames. We would have liked to have them do more work, but they were quite expensive, which is why we did not have them do the other work. If I could afford them, I would use them again."

"Great customer service and commitment. The work was done fast and with high quality materials and parts. I recommend it to anyone who is looking fix or add new windows."

"Thank you Angi! Auland called me quick, came out next day. He fixed my 2 toilets. He is a very nice, professional person, very clean! Got the job done! Thank you!!!"

"He did so much more. He came in and fixed many problems that previous handymen created. His work is neat, clean, professional. He thinks outside of the box to minimize waste so that you don't have to scrap the entire previous project. SERGE IS PHENOMENAL!!!"
