Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kinsella! For starters, we had gone through NINETEEN other contractors before we found Kinsella. Many said the job was too big or too small, but a half dozen of them said they could/would do the job, and then totally ghosted during the quoting process. In hindsight, I am so glad that they did so that we could end up with Kinsella. The whole Kinsella team was so kind, professional, punctual every day, did PHENOMENAL work, and always took the time to answer any questions we had and explain to us in detail what was going on in the project. They even provided some guidance for us for other changes we plan to make to our home in the future. For our project, they removed a load bearing wall and installed a 22' beam, removed/moved/replaced electrical according to the removed wall, removed the old electrical baseboard heaters in the home, added recessed lighting, and installed a center kitchen island with electrical hook ups. (Please note, per our choice, the scope of our project did not include paint, flooring, or island countertop installation. That's why the photos I attached have the space still "unfinished"). The work they did was so perfect, it looks like there was never a wall there. The way they explained the structural changes and even pointed out (and corrected!) some issues with the original build of our home made us so confident in the work they were doing. Even the inspectors were very complimentary. Our contractor communicated excellently through every step. The owner of the group was in constant contact. From day 1, they made it so clear how much they cared and how seriously they took the job. I really can't say enough good things about them."

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Humberto is the best! He and his crew are reliable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always clean up afterwards and are careful not to get paint chips (from power washing) or paint drips in the soil of my garden. I've hired him twice to paint the outside of my half of a duplex. My neighbor in the other half went in with me this time. A third neighbor who saw the work decided to have their freestanding house painted as well. A beautiful job all around. Humberto is also honest and forthright about the costs and doesn't go over."

"Excellent job!! From start to finish!! Carlos was one of three quotes I received and quickly called me to check in on the quote. He worked with me on costs. Carlos and his team came quickly to my condo (that I rent out) to assess and repair damages after it got flooded. Parts of walls needed replacement, insulation needed to be checked and fixed, baseboards, floor needed to be pulled up and replaced, cabinets (including the sink and stove and fridge) and granite counters needed to be pulled out from wall to check for water damage behind walls, and then put back, walls needed to be painted. The team worked quickly and professionally, and was always polite and courteous. They were understanding that the condo was a rental and I was losing income while it was not livable, and they worked quickly to make all the needed repairs. I had the chance to hire Carlos and his team again when I needed more painting and wall repair done, and they returned quickly once again, did another excellent job, and also worked within my budget.
