"I did not hire this company because they were trying to take advantage of me by over charging me for a metal roof with hidden fasteners. My rental property is a little over 1,000 sq ft with a simple pitched roof. This company quoted me $23,000. Other companies for the same work have quoted $5,000 - $7,000. It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. If they are expert roofers, they should know this. When I pointed out other lower price quotes, he quickly got off the phone. Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging."

"Fencing and tree service Chris Matheney from Lake Oconee Deck and fencing? I highly do not recommend that anyone uses this company, unreliable, deceitful, Chris required half down as a deposit before starting, over $7000, started in May? It’s September 18 still has not completed, has not shown back up since July? Removed existing fence before placing new fence? Took down trees and left them scattered as if a tornado ran through the property. No silt fence, repeated no-shows, incompetent employees and employers, lied repeatedly stating the fence was up? When asked what was going on Chris Matheney with send text messages taunting? Saying what don’t you like about what I’ve done? Contact a local authorities, all locals in the neighborhood and including businesses. Contact at BBB and an attorney. I do most all of the pressure washing myself and have a helper. We have 2 carpenters who do all of our carpentry, deck building, fence building, gutter repair, gutter installation, roof repair, Door and Window Replacement, Roof Cleaning, Floor Covering Installation and Repairand home improvement projects. We offer Free Estimates, We require 50% of the cost of materials before we purchase the materials and the other 50% once we arive to start. We accept checks and cash.

"I started the process in May, 2017. I got one overpriced estimate from 2 high pressure and unscrupulous salesmen who tried to pressure me to sign. Enloe then sent another salesman, who gave me a much lower and more realistic price. I scheduled it for early in the summer of 2017. I contacted the company several times to ensure that they’d be there on the date promised and that they’d install the gutters. On the day of the installation, NO ONE showed, and NO ONE called to explain why! When I discovered that the gutters had not been installed, as promised, early in the morning, I called Enloe. The excuse I received was unacceptable! Supposedly, the installer got held up on another job, and didn’t show up at mine. Apparently, he did not know how to use the phone and neither did anyone else at Enloe! I made 4 separate phone calls that day: to the non existent “customer service”’ to the general manager and others, voicing my disappointment! No one would return my call, nor would anyone address this totally unacceptable behavior! They is not a professionally run company , nor is it customer focused! I would never use them again! Their behavior is totally below standard!"
