Their mastery was so obvious on day one that we gave them an additional high-risk ask—one we originally omitted because without a true expert, it could have led to serious injury or costly damage. The Mirandas accepted without hesitation and handled it with such incredible precision that drivers were literally pulling over to watch them work. Beyond their technical skills, they were prompt, efficient, honest, and clear in their communication (we received a daily work plan and recap).
