"I hired Colorado Outdoor Life to fix a window well and replace another window well. We had a long checklist of deferred maintenance when we bought our home, and we found the right company to tackle the work. The guys showed up when they said they would and did a fabulous job. Total perfectionists. Before the job started, Rick helped identify the causes of the erosion, including a blocked underground downspouts and eroded dirt. We hired him to bring in some dirt, and check, fix or replace our underground downspouts. The new downspouts do their job to get water out from our home's foundation. Victor is very talented mason and fixed a terrible looking stone repair that had been done previously. They fixed both our gates as well. Just a great experience with this company, and a level of knowledge and integrity that you don't always find. Rick and Cindy also walked our yard and brainstormed about our longterm plans for the yard to replace our failing deck and put in a sidewalk to the backyard. I am beyond excited to have them come back and do that work, hopefully this spring!"

"DMD did an amazing job from start to finish. Lindsey was our sales person. She came out 3 times before we hired them to do the work. She was prompt, patient and professional. She gave us lots of good ideas on which type of windows we should put where. We did Pella windows and Anderson doors. All of which are great quality and look beautiful. She worked with us through the entire project, answering questions and even coming to the house a couple times to trouble shoot. The install team, Eric and a couple other guys, did an equally amazing job. They were also prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful of our time and our home. There were a couple punch list items at the end of the job. Mike came out and fixed things right away. It took a couple visits but they communicated through the whole process and let us know what to expect. There was even an issue with scratches on one of the sliders. None of us knew how they got there. Lindsey took care of it and got us new glass installed at no cost to us. Very good customer service and communication throughout our entire experience with DMD. I would use them again and have referred them to several friends and neighbors. I was very appreciative to have worked with them on what could have been a stressful project!"

"Excellent review of needs and window type. Good communication with installer for measurement and ordering. Amerimax windows were manufactured quickly as I requested a short time schedule. The only down side came when I received a call from the installer for a delivery/ installation date. I rescheduled several appointments to be available and the morning of installation was advised of a delay due to manufacturerâ  s delivery of windows. Later advised shipment not in in time to do that day. Rescheduled for next day, again rescheduled some of my appointments. Advised by installer shipment was again late.. a few hours later was advised they actually couldnâ  t find the shipment. Later it was â  foundâ  and could they install two days later on a Saturday morning. I could not change plans for weekend and asked to install on Monday. Installer said he had another install commitment for Monday and Tuesday and couldnâ  t install until the following Wednesday. It would have been nice if he had shifted his time commitment since I had changed mine twice already. I was also not impressed with the way Rex, the sales person, tried to spin the delays into a positive about how much Iâ  ll like the windows. The actual install went well and looks great. The screens are a little â  wavyâ  and not tight in their frames. So I would say the quality of the product is good but not excellent. The quality of the install was excellent. The delays and the way they were handled was not good."
