Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in.
