The challenges they faced included mucky soil due to a recently removed stump and an uneven concrete pad. Almost the whole project was done in the rain. They leveled the pad and built a great system of supports that widened our porch as requested and improved its appearance and safety enormously. All done on time and in budget. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled.
