"I contacted Foundation Pro for an inspection of my foundation and moisture in the crawl space. Brent Stroud inspected the foundation and crawl space, determined that the foundation was fine but that there was standing water under the house. The moisture barrier installed several years ago was not doing its job nor were the wooden shims placed in the pier supports under the house. Brent explained that wooden shims could change over time and recommended that they be replaced with metal ones which we did. The moisture barrier that Foundation Pro installed is far superior to what was removed and the addition of a sump pump and dehumidifier has removed moisture from the crawl space. Mr. Stroud recommended several ways to reduce moisture around the house including installation of gutters a service that they do not provide or I would have had them install gutters. Everything was very professionally done at a reasonable cost and I would not hesitate to hire Foundation Pro again."

"<p>Our house has a concrete patio comprised of six sections each measuring 5 feet by 6 feet and separated by 2 x 4 spacers. Over the years the surface had become uneven as a result of some of the sections settling as much as four inches along the edges of the sections. We hired Airlift Concrete Experts to raise sections as needed to level all sections in relation to one another and to insure that the entire patio slanted slightly away from the wall of the house to insure water flow off the patio. Within a few days we got an estimate of cost, agreed to proceed, and the work was completed in a few hours on the next day. We had a good relationship with the work crew and each step of the process was explained as they proceeded. "I had 3 piers installed in the back of my house. The piers are suppose to be for a lifetime. There is a split in my brick & that is why I hired them. They fix it once, but now they will not or say they can't fix my split in brick. I'm very disappointed because like I said that is why I hired them and paid 800.00 for each pier. Harold informed me, when he put piers on the side of my house, it should fix the concrete crack inside of my house. Of course, it didn't. I called Rex on 3/6/17, about the brick split/crack but no return call."
