"I used Belletto before to pour a concert slab to park off street at my house.  That experience was great.  
I called Dan about building a shed and he came out in a day or two to discuss plans and specifications.  In June 2015 I provided and earnest check for 1/2 of the project cost.  I was told at that time that the shed would be completed by the end of July 2015.  By the end of August, only the concrete pad had been poured.  Work on the main shed did not start until October.  Weather, broken trucks, etc were all used as reasons for delays.  This is contractor speak for "the dog ate my homework".  I believe if the contractor can't do the work or can't do it in the time specified then that should be stated up front.  The "dog ate my homework" gets very old and aggravating after a few months especially when they are comfortably sitting on 4500.00 of my money.  
During the project one of the guys on the site dented a downspout right near the shed.  I brought the issue up over the phone with Dan and he said he would have it fixed.  It is now January and the dent is still there.  
Quality of the shed is great.  I couldn't be happier about that.  
Bottom line is if you expect something by the time stated by Belletto, guess again.  They want their earnest money early, way early before THEY plan on starting your project.  I was also billed in full two days prior to project completion date, due that day.  
If you want quality work, have money to give to them for a while before they start, and don't mind your calls not returned after you give them the final check, Belletto is for you.

The work itself was good, a little heavy on the drywall mud, and the work area was a mess after completion, but the drywall installation was done professionally and nicely. "We have a house in Virginia Beach where we were using Crawl Space's services so we actually solely communicated via telephone and we have a property down there. We haven't committed to any services with them yet but we do intend to use their services in the future. We have some timing with some construction and stuff and we are definitely going to use them but just not right now. We've only gotten a free estimate from them. We had really positive interaction with them that's why I was going to go with them for our service. Their website was very informative and just really got us to be able to talk with them quite seamlessly. Sometimes we have to dig to figure out services but their website was very informative and then the guy that had come out to do the estimate, like I said, we only talked to him over the phone but he was very attentive and willing to explain to both me and my husband because he would talk to me during the day and then perhaps not able to reach my husband until the evening to kind of convey his estimate with more details. My husband kind of could visualize. So they were just very friendly. We had somebody meet him at the house and he was right on time."

"The initial meeting went fine, the man who came out seemed very knowledgeable.  Once they began the work, they finished in a timely manner, although I did notice they hit concrete in one of the locations they were trying to dig.  When I came home after they were done (I had left the final check with my daughter to take care of - mistake), I noticed the 'repairs' to the bricks were extremely sloppy:  completely different color mortar, etc.  There was a lot going on at the moment so I did not contact them right away, and then I procrastinated further since some time had already gone by and this was cosmetic, but when I finally did contact them, I was told their brick person had been fired and they would fix the problem, and he would call back the next day.  He did not call, so I sent pictures a few days later and my husband called a month or two later, but they never contacted us.  Later I found out that they had not submitted the final inspection report to the county by the deadline so things could be properly closed out, but since I did have a copy, I was able to send that in.  By the way, the 'inspection' was based on a review of the 'drive logs.'  Now I have had additional cracks/sticking doors inside and I think there may be a new crack outside (I have not compared yet with my pictures taken earlier to verify it is new.)  I have not yet contacted them about this problem to see if they will respond.
