"I would highly recommend Steve from Ozark electric, and he is very reliable and professional, he is very helpful, and reasonably priced. I would to say he has done two jobs for me and both jobs were done very well and they were done above my expectations. In the future i will be hiring him again to do electrical works for me. Give him a five star 5 rating."

"Called Parker around 11 AM and he made the repair and was gone by 11:40. He just happened to be in the area. Loose wire feeding the main breaker on one side. A real hazard that could have cost hundreds if not promptly repaired or resulted in a fire. Highly recommend Reed Electric."

"Jacob has done various electrical jobs around my home from bringing power to the far point of my patio to replacing faulty outlets to adding circuits to installing expensive designer lighting and ceiling fans. The work is always excellent and his prices are fair. I give his name to people frequently and without reservation and they always give me glowing feedback. I would not hesitate to hire him any time I need electrical work done around my home."

"This was an outstanding experience! My appointment was scheduled much sooner than expected, and arrived when planned. Nathan is very polite and very easy to talk to. His knowledge of the task was outstanding and he wasted no time in the accomplishment of it. Well organized, and left no mess :) I will defiantly hire Nathan again for any future electrical work, large project or small. His fee is very reasonable - indeed, well worth the work performed."

"Original plan was to separate existing ceiling lights controlled by 3-way switches in separate lighting controlled by independent switches. A second project was to add a switch leg to existing recessed lights in the living room and install 3-way switches to control the recessed lights. Upon inspection, Mr. Logue informed that due having to work in the attic in tight quarters (2-3' head space) he would have to work while lying in the approximately 5" of blown cellulose insulation, he would not do that.
Mr. Logue and his son did complete the other projects in 4 hours which I thought was good since the Big Deal was for 8 man hours. I realized that I would be responsible for materials used and a charge for working in the crawl space to install wiring. I was not prepared to learn that the extra charge for work under the house would nearly double the total cost.
Mr. Logue and his son were very efficient in their work. I was very surprised that he scheduled to come on New Year's day which was fine with me. After changing projects to be done, Mr. Logue and his son worked diligently to complete them.
I was pleased with the work performed. I only wish I had prior knowledge of the size of the extra charges that were added on. The ad for the Big Deal should be more informative concerning "extra charges" for work in an attic or crawl space. If I had known the extra charges could be up to several hundred dollars more, I might had reconsidered whether the Big Deal was really a real deal to take advantage of.
