"We had a issue with our shower and regulating the hot water. We had Kevin put in a new handle and cartridge system. Kevin did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Would hire again."

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Shower cartridge replacement and tankless water heater flush"

"The service was fine. They did a good job. The water heater they installed needed service that was under warranty. I would not buy that same brand again."

"The job was done very well and quickly. Cleaned my sink from yesrs of hard water buildup. Left the place clean. They were quick and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again."

"It's always tough when there are big repairs that need to be done like needing a new water heater. We were so happy when we found this company to do the work for us because they set us at ease from the moment we called them. They quoted us a 1-2 hour window for our appointment and Ishmael & Joseph were here early. Not only did they work efficiently as a team, but they were also very professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and concerns. We feel very pleased about the work they completed for us and at the price we were charged. We highly recommend 1800plumbing for all your plumbing needs."

"Patrick saved us. He came out within one hour of my initial call and had the broken pipes underneath the house repaired within 24 hours. He was thoroughly professional and completed the unpleasant job quickly after another plumbing company had left us hanging for a number of days, promising to come do the work. He has been very responsive, always letting us know what was happening every step of the way. After he repaired the broken pipes underneath the house ($1000), further inspection by the plumbing camera revealed that we had a serious root issue in our old terracotta main line, so we hired Patrick for the $8000 main line repipe. We are very pleased with his work. Thanks for the great recommendation Angie's List!"

"It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."
