He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "That is why I am going with them again. They were on time for one. That was really good. They were on time, they were very neat. Meaning, they didn't leave a lot of stuff laying around. One of the guys, we had our eaves treated, and he had to drill holes in the beam, and spray all the stuff inside them, and I said, I was going to have to fill them and paint them. He asked if I had the paint, and he said, he would paint them. That wasn't even part of his services. I was really impressed with that. He said, I'm already up here, and I got this ladder. If you got paint, I can paint them for you. They were really good. They drilled the holes into the beams, and spray the termite stuff in them. It leaves holes, and they filled the holes. I said, I would have to get up there and paint them later. He said, I got this ladder, and you might not have an ladder this tall, and I can paint them, and he did. I don't have any improvements. They were good. They were pretty good with the price. I was happy with them. I am using them next week."

"I got my old wooden stairs completely updated by Joey Builders, man they really upgraded the look. They replaced the old banisters with modern glass and steel railings. It?s got that frameless glass feel that makes everything look so open and airy, the steel posts give a sturdy clean look. I always wanted it to feel less dark and cramped. now it?s like the stairs are part of the room, not just between floors. The guys did everything neat and fast, they even helped pick the right mix of glass and steel so it matches the rest of the house. Honestly it feels like walking on the future. Really happy with how it turned out."
