"I called Mr James at Gospel Plumbing because my 92 year old aunt had an issue with her guest bathroom toilet not flushing. I was able to schedule the service with Mr James for a time that was convenient for myself and my aunt and we were both grateful for that. Mr James showed up at the arranged time. Mr James was very professional and took time and care to explain to us what he would have to do to clear the clog that was affecting the guest bathroom toilet, all other plumbing fixtures throughout the home were draining without any problems. Mr James removed the toilet, snaked the line and removed the obstruction. Being that my aunt has an older home, it has cast iron plumbing. He advised us on precautions for products not to flush to avoid clogging issues in the future.
