"The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.

First of all, setting up the appointment was a breeze. Derric helped figure out what the issue was even before the technician came to my house. I sent him videos/pictures of my shower and just by looking at it he knew that we had to change the shower tower for a new one. The supervisor came in and installed it. The glue caused the shower to move a bit, and the owner came back and fixed it himself! I didn't get charged until I was 100% satisfied with my shower tower. They are awesome!!!
