"Dave is a super great guy and I am lucky to had found him. The plumbing in this house has not been touched in decades and it showed. He replaced my hot water tank, installed a whole house water filter, he removed a bunch of unnecessary pipes and valves and simplified the plumbing. Also installed the toilet and and kitchen faucet. It has been almost a month since the work was completed and no issues. Dave is super knowledgeable and has attention to detail. He is my go to for all my plumbing needs here in Stephentown. "We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. "Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."
