He performed the yearly maintenance check on our furnace He also investigated and solved a problem of the furnace shutting off periodically in cold weather. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat.
