"They were fast efficient and it only took four hours for them to remove the old roof and install the new roof"

"The electrician responded immediately to my request. Arrived replaced outlet and made a special trip to purchase the correct cover plate that didn't come with the outlet I purchased. I highly recommend this company. This was an emergency call done same day within one hour of my request. Excellent!"

"Creekside roofing did an excellent job. They are very professional . The work was done and cleaned up everything. I would definitely hire again."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."

"I RECEIVED A COMMITMENT TO HAVE THE ROOF REPLACED AFTER IT WAS INSPECTED BY EXCELLENT EXTERIORS... AT THIS TIME NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE...STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANY IN HOPES OF GETTING INSURANCE MONEY THAT WILL SAVE ME MONEY AND ALSO LET THEM CHARGE MORE THAN THE PRICE WHICH WAS QUOTED IN YOUR OFFER.... I BELIEVE THEY ARE DEALING WITH ME IN GOOD FAITH, BUT I WAS ORIGINALLY WANTING QUICK SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD A PENDING SALE OF MY HOUSE... THAT DEAL FELL THROUGH, BUT I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A MESS IF IT HADN'T. I THINK YOU SHOULD CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE GETTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND THAT THEY SHOULD STAY ON TOP OF THIS COMMITMENT."
